This policy explains how Phantom Grace Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our websites and products, including VisaHunt, HuntwiseAI, Ashviora and Silent Arc Studios. It is written to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, email address and login information.
- Profile and career data you choose to give us, such as your CV, skills, job preferences and target countries.
- Hiring data on HuntwiseAI: job descriptions and the applications employers receive.
- Order details for purchases, such as delivery address and phone number. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
- Contact form messages on phantomgracetech.com: your name, email address, topic, message and IP address. They are emailed to us so we can reply; the website does not store them. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person, not a bot.
How we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for, such as job alerts, CV and application tools, candidate screening, order delivery or game updates.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To send service emails. Marketing emails are sent only if you have opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep our services secure and to fix and improve them.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Some features send the content you provide, such as a CV or job description, to AI service providers to generate results. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run our products (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, AI processing and couriers), with employers when you apply to a job through HuntwiseAI, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some providers store data outside India; we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and for basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
Children
Our services are not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
